Concept development for the power supply of an intelligent wheel through energy harvesting

Topic and Goal of the Thesis

Intelligent wheels emerge as essential safety solutions in the landscape of connected and automated mobility, presenting significant potential to elevate driving safety standards. Nevertheless, the integration of sensors and processors into the wheel assembly itself comes with its own set of technical challenges to address. The aim of this work is to develop a concept for the power supply of an intelligent wheel sensor using energy harvesting technologies.
