The Automated and Connected Mobility Competence Network North Rhine-Westphalia (innocam.NRW) is the central exchange platform for players in automated and connected mobility. The network supports all players in the expansion of their innovation capacity and in their goal of developing advanced technologies for the future transport of people and goods. innocam.NRW thus plays a major role in providing strategic contributions to the mobility of the future in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2040.

Relevant actors from the mobility industry, science, administration, cities and municipalities as well as different social groups are brought together as innovators in common exchange formats. The interdisciplinary cooperation across all modes of transportation develops competences for intelligent specialization and strengthens the competitiveness of companies. This can lead to joint projects with direct added value for the growth and further development of user-oriented mobility services for the citizens of the state.

innocam.NRW does not only connect the efforts in the field of automated and connected mobility in the different applications on road, rail, water and air. It makes their activities accessible to the public in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany and beyond.
